how to boost energy all day?

When I take some supplements in the morning that have stimulants, I get a lot of energy and then in the afternoon, I get really tired.
I know the solution isn’t to take more than because then I won’t be able to sleep at night.
Seems like there would be a supplement that can make my body feel better. So I have more energy, sustainable, all day, without the Peaks and troughs.
