my back hurts a lot

I did a workout a couple days ago and my back hurts a lot
this type of issue has been happening a lot to me but this time is the worst
not sure if I strained it or what’s going on but I’m scared to go back to the gym and work out
which supplements can I take to help out with this?
 
Bro, I'm sure you need to see a doctor. You can't ignore back problems. Perhaps a good osteopath could help you!

weightlifters need to get it through their thick heads that they need to work on their mobility and flexibility otherwise expect problems as you get older.

get a massage and take some fish oil with joint support like glucosamine
 
Back problems are very common it's important to keep stretching
 
glucosamine is a really good supplement for everything related to joints
