Training has been solid tho done most days in the gym and actually don e solid cardio too for most days and had some big runs and a crossfit workout in there too

Weekend was chill
Did some cardio sat morning legs were sore af so wanted to stretch them out and walk it off. Did 30mins incline walk then some light abs
Sunday had a day to myself did the lawns and cleaned up the house was a good reset

was doing 12 hr days so couldn’t get much in of a workout. This happens sometimes with my work but back on now for a few weeks of local jobsites.

Light training today. 25mins cardio on the treadmill incline walked listening to music. Abs sesh but my back was sore as think it cause of the sickness tbh. Did some stretches and bounced.
