    Biorhythms: how do they affect your results in the gym?

    It's true, keeping things structured, eating, training at consistent times, work, been diabetic for 36 yrs. & I still HV same schedules, meals, caloric values, protein intake, I got little sloppy, when I was out a gym for a bit but pretty much was constant
