@Noah Wixx Still a lot of things that you can do to improve on yourself, even with an injury. I think it's a good learning experience. It makes you appreciate when you are healthy.
Yeah, just make sure you have a lot of mats, both against the wall and on the floor. I've got a nice size hole in my old house because I didn't have a mat against the wall, haha.
The whole Primo crashing estrogen levels is something people obsess over way too much. At the end of the day you're using anabolic steroids so instead of worrying so much about having your estrogen crash, focus more on balancing out the cycle.
@satxbber that's certainly a strong cycle but you're keeping the tren very moderate. We talked about that on the podcast. Interesting to see how you adjust things as you go
@Dopeless I actually eat berries every day right now. I get frozen berries, organic, and I have them in the afternoon. Plus I have a papaya tree. These fruits are amazing. Especially on a hot day.
