It's definitely an option but it's not going to heal everything like magic. I would go with the peptide healing options like TB500 and BPC first.

Drugstores sell pill cutters or you can just bite into it.

I can tell you, man, that steroids do not heal injuries. If anything, they actually delay healing because they're inflammatory. What you want to get is the healing peptides and some HGH.
