Leg day was a quick one today because I had a birthday dinner to attend but that doesn’t mean we take the foot off the gas by any means. I destroyed my legs with the limited time/sets I had and left the gym feeling accomplished.

Chest/back/shoulders for today workout. I am feeling really, really strong and that US-Pharmacies gear is doing its job. Bigger and stronger with every workout. I guess I had some water to drop off as my weight has gone down a little bit without changing my food.
