I’m currently 5’10”, 236 lbs and probably around 0 to 25% body fat. I would like to do a recomposition and build muscle while losing fat. What do you think about doing ostarine and sr9009 at 15 mg a day of each? Do you think that’s a good dosage or do I need to increase it?
