Wedding all done and dusted finally starting to lock back in with food and gym and life decided i needed to make me sick. made myself go to gym today to punch out legs, seeing some nice muscle growth over the whole body shoulders showing more now however weight went up 2kgs...

Tied the knot on friday, everything went off without a hitch thank fuck, happy wife happy life.
Diet Update:
Had a week of eating shit / stress / no time to prep / juggling family on both sides being here so took a week off.
now that the wedding is done, time to lock in and back...

Update: Have kept the same weight this week, no loss but diet went out the window a bit with how busy this week got, skipped a few meals and ate out three times
