Yeah, thanks I’m happy to be over the worst of it. If it comes back or lingers I’ll probably go see a PT.
I will say that the pain really made me focus on keeping my lats pinned and shoulders back for all my chest press movements and I had the best/most intense chest day this week. So that’s a...
I was originally against introducing a DHT as I thought it would magically make me lose my hair. The more I’m learning, the more it seems like that isn’t the case.
During a bulk would primo be the right dht to mix with eq and test?
Yeah I may just stay at 5IUs. I was originally thinking of going up bc the arm tingling has decreased but I’m not sure the risk/reward is worth the extra IU.
But I’ll see how things play out!
Agreed. I never did any mobility or warm up before lifting (other than warm up sets) and now do 5-10 mins of proper shoulder back and chest stretch/warm up before all upper days.
I think I crashed my e2 with the ai mixed with an overtaxing my shoulders front delts. A bit of rest, restoring my e2 and the magic of bpc/tb have me feeling better.
Been about a week and a half off of the AI and combined with BPC/TB and modification to give shoulders some rest, the pain is mostly gone.
I also decided I’m going to extend this into a longer proper cycle. Going to probably keep myself at 350 test, 210 eq, 5 gh until I finish my cut.
Once I...
Week 3 is going well but not without some normal life issues. Everyone in my house has a cold, including me, and I hurt my shoulders somehow. All of my joints were a bit creaky so I decided to stop the AI.
2 Mondays from now I’ll do a small bloodwork panel mainly focused on e2 and test to see...
Starting week 2 and feeling great. Still in a calorie deficit but lifts are all progressing.
I am taking arimidex 0.5mg 2x per week and I've noticed the day after I take it, all my water weight is gone, scale is down and I look more lean, and then it all creeps back on until my next dose. Is...
Honestly I have been on TRT for health, non-gym related reasons for a while so I just figured go back to where I plan on cruising for the rest of my life.
