    growth hormone and HGH peptides for lean gains

    I’m looking to start some growth hormone and possibly some growth peptides. I’m currently in my early 40s and I’m looking to boost my energy more. I’ve read good things about growth hormone and it seems that 1-5iu’s a day is a good amount. But what about ghrp-2 or ghrp-6? Are these good options too?
