    Hey Bros, I recieved my order from Napsgear!!! Here is a Pic! Woke up this morning leaner! Not sure what body percentage I am at but I know i need to drop more fat. My back fat or love handles and butt area is where the fat is.

    Training a min of 4 days a week. I train two body parts everytime and do cardio at the end. I walk and jog at least a mile and half on treadmill. My strenth has gone up. I will record and post.!!! Waiting for my Napsgear order should be coming soon. I cant wait!!!!

    Was 310 lbs and today I weighed 229.8 lbs. Lets gooooo!!!! My food pic is pork chops with veggies! I will eat this twice today.
