hi hi i read about both n2generate and hcgenerate are they any different? im confused about these 2 but want to use them

hey guys. current stats 5 foot 5 and 167lbs. Bodyfat probably 20-225. My original stack plan was ostarine, ostazol and test enan 200mgs like TRT style. My goal is to get down to 15% bodyfat but with muscle and I dont have a lot of muscle. Shouldnt I bulk first?
