I've been eating a turkey sandwich for lunch and then some sugar free and fat free yogurt with it, about a cup of it a day. is this okay as long as I am counting my calories and fitting my macros? it is pretty good and i like to add it to my sandwiches instead of mayo and the fat content is low.
