For testosterone and deca durabolin what are the best sources? I checked to see different sources but not sure.

I'm on clenbuterol right now 40mcg/day with cardazol. I want to add some T3 in mcg around 50 but very scared of the thyroid damage. is this a real issue with thyroid damage and t3? how much t3 would I need to take to get thyroid damage?
