    I’ve been doing 30 minutes of fasted cardio on my treadmill in the morning before work. Resistance training in the evening (plus however much cardio I need to get to 10k steps or more for the day. Also waiting min my stack to arrive.

    I thought that I covered that in my opening post Training: Gym routine is to warmup with a run (1.5-2 miles), and then depending on the day I’ll do a body group….delts, legs, back, etc. if I don’t make it to the gym, I use my treadmill and kettlebells or jump rope

    Not really….I’m leaning toward getting back on GLP-1 (either semaglutide or retatrutide) for a few months and then doing a SARMs stack after cycling off. I previously did semaglutide and handled it fine. Read great things about retatrutide.
