Well the week has been off because my work schedule has temporarily starting at 430am. This screws up my routine but I'm still hammering away. I decided I would fast in my truck and eat my food from 3pm-4pm. Just works better. Here is today's training log.

Incline skull crusher 80 x 4 sets x 15,15,18,15
One arm dumbell row 90 x 4 sets x 15,15,15,15
Seated overhead dB triceps press 80 x 4 sets x 15,15,17,16
Seated cable row 150 x 4 sets x 15, 15, 12,10
Seated calf 90 x 4 sets x 10,10,10,11
Leg press calf 90 x 4 sets x 10, 9,9,8
Smith machine Standing calf 120 x 3 x 10,10,10
Mixed all my food together into on bowl and took the yokes out of all the eggs. The disturb my stomach. This is all I ate today. One big meal. Couldn't get cardio in. Life in the way. Thanks bros
