Why no protein powder? How do I get all protein needed with OMAD? Mind you I have to eat in the truck.
you don't need tons of protein. that is the #1 thing that you must understand before you will get control of your nutrition
The protein intake has been completely bastardized over the past 35 years by the supplement industry
I can remember posting on these forums 15 years ago and if you weren't consuming at least two protein shakes a day people would flame you and Bash you
then it changed to if you're not eating meat every day or eating red meat then you're a pussy
and now it's if you're a vegan you're a pussy
those are just ignorant comments of course cause there are a ton of vegan bodybuilders who barely get 75g of protein a day
so you see things keep evolving as people figure out that protein intake is completely overrated
my advice to you is follow one meal a day that is going to work perfect for you in fact that's what the way humans are supposed to eat anyway
consume a meal that is natural and healthy
protein powder is made in a factory hence it is not natural and hence I would avoid it
eat only foods that are naturally found in nature
I'm a huge advocate of a natural based diet and I would stick to at least 80 or 90% your diet being fruits and vegetables. the rest you can do some chicken breast, grass fed beef or bone broth
