sweet spot for using s4?

Newbie
Looking to try s4 for lean mass and strength. I’m 6’1’’ and 208lbs.
Seems like the recommended dosing for S4 is really high I’ve seen guys running 75 milligrams and even a hundred milligrams a day. This does seem very excessive what would happen if I was only run 10 milligrams a day what I still get good results?

25mgs andarine s4 is the highest dose so no sides
 
50mgs a day

I've ran it a little higher up to 75 milligrams that's what we did back when it first started to hit the market
 
I don't like S4 because of the vision problems why don't you switch to something like lgd
 
ugfreak has a lot of options if you want something mild
 
if you go under 50 mg with it, you will likely be disappointed... the best results come over 75 mg but not everyone can get there with the possible vision side effects... watch my video on how to properly dose s4...
