#1. Warm up - 60 sec
#2. DB Press - 30 sec
#3. Seated Lateral Raises - 30 sec
#4. Standing Lateral Raises - 30 sec
#5.DB Reverse Flys - 30 sec
#6. DB Around-the-World - 30 sec
#7. Lying Leg Raise - 30 sec
#8. Standing Cross-toe - 30 sec
#9. Jump Rope - 5 mins
