is it a good idea to take some salt before you workout just to help with nutrient absorption or pumps? fill out the muscles, give you a better workout? balance electrolytes? seems like it would help all of those right?
bro...i would not worry about electrolyte if you keeping a good diet...i use cardazol/ostazol 1 cap each preworkout to get all the stuff i need for a better training session...add some cardarine and you good...
unless you were fasting for a long period as gearhead said food will provide you plenty of electrolytes. i would stick with sipping spring water only before a workout
