a couple years ago I was reading on here and they were saying that PSL would not ship to canada due to customs. then I read something about how they would ship their butt if it got C's they wouldn't reship. can someone clear the air on this?

We do not ship to that region, however we might be able to approve of this if the customer is willing to wave re-ship rights. It's not worth the risk IMO. There is some good Canadian sources on the market. Why chance it. We have had great success before, but we would hate to see someone lose out if in the event that it was held up.
Some sources will ship no matter what, we just don't want to see people get burned.
