Hi everyone ,here is the log of my firts aas cycle. im a 46 year old ,weigthing 243 lbs +/- 5 lbs, 6' 2". Im presently in a natural bulk. Im going to do a dianabol + test e cycle for bulking firts 6 week then starting my cutting phase the last 6 week. After pct, i will continue cutting phase naturally until i got a nice aesthetic. Ive done that in the past but whit out aas. I restarded training in 2019 but because of covid restriciton my training wasn't constant. I never use needle before , i watched alot of video on how to do it. ive already started my firts week yesterday, i took 20mg.
week 1: dianabol 20 mg
week 2: dianabol 30mg + 125 mg test e
week 3: dianabol 30mg + 125 mg test e
week 4: dianabol 40mg + 200 mg test e
week 5: dianabol 40mg + 200 mg test e
week 6: dianabol 40mg + 250 mg test e
Then i switch to cutting mode
week 7: anavar 40 mg +250 mg test e
week 8: anavar 40 mg +250 mg test e
week 9: anavar 40 mg +250 mg test e
week 10: anavar 40 mg +250 mg test e
week 11: anavar 40 mg +250 mg test e
week 12: anavar 40 mg +250 mg test e
aromasin 12.5 mg every 3-4 days
n2guard 7 cap a day
after pct 5 week :
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20
clomid : 50/50/30/30/20
Does my pct is correct?
training schedual:
Day 1 : chest, back , tricep, bicep
Day 2 : legs
Day 3 : shoulder and abs
Day 4 : rest
Day 5 : chest,back,tricep bicep
Day 6 : legs
Day 7 : shoulder, traps
Day 8 : rest
each muscle consist of 16 set at 10-6 reps.
