Muscle milk vs. cytosport milk

I am a college student who is looking to take something that doesn't cost a fortune. I don't like protein shakes cause they are too expensive and make my stomach upset. so I was looking at either taking muscle milk or cytosport cause they only cost like $5-10 per pack. What do you recommend if i have to choose between these?

Neither cos their the same. Try either an isolate or a non milk based product

muscle milk will upset your stomach too. take n2generate and ancient strength, neither will destroy your gut health

Just go with food when on a budget. You don't actually need any supplements so spend it on food.

I recommend just eating real whole food. Not food in boxes but fresh whole ingredients.

I'm not a fan of either. Find a better quality whey or just eat quality whole foods

Yeah, in prison I had went from 127 to 190(muscle, I've got pictures) with just food....and I'm a meso-ecto.
