4 hardboiled eggs - We have chickens BTW and have all the eggs we need

Ground Venison & Basmati Rice (found an awesome recipe and made it my own)
topped with cilantro and fat free mozzarella
AND
Cilantro Chicken & Basmati Rice with avocado

Training - same as posted previously with a mobility & core focus, but I am enhancing it to accommodate for my troubled areas like my chest that I intentionally neglected for the last year because I wanted it to shrink a bit while I focused on my back. Now my back is slammed and I need to shape my chest, so that is an area of priority...along with my legs...always my legs. Hard leg gainer here.
