Low LH levels problem

I tested my LH and FSH they are low, like below normal range. My test levels are low too. I don't want to go on TRT at 41 but I'm thinking I didn't recover from my last test/deca/dbol cycle right. What would I do now?
my pct was just clomid and hcg and now I'm stuck!

You'll never recover with clomid and hcg, it boosted your estrogen.
Try nolvadex with ostazol and n2generate.
