hair loss becoming a factor

Newbie
so when I was in my 20s I would use steroids and never having any issues with hair loss. But after I turned 30 my hair loss is definitely accelerating no matter which steroids I use and even if I only run short Cycles
Anyway can you recommend sometime of shampoo or some type of supplements that can help protect my hair that I have left

i used to use n2shampoo and still a bit I have left over
but try coconut oil
 
keep your hair healthy almost ironically it's better not to use these shampoos that are full of chemicals out there
 
don't shave the hair is important it makes you look younger
