wassup bros, I posted the other day about starting this journey and here goes it. This is my first log *queue Jay-z PSA* they call me boomer, I’m 5’9, in my 20s, skinny ass a rifle 135 pounds and today I started my first cycle I don’t really know my bmi but I’ll figure it out soon lol.
Today I got Deca300 10ML, Test E 250 10ML, and Dianabol40mg 50 oral tablets. I injected 1ML of Deca and ate a Dianabol tab.
Training: Today it consisted of weights mostly I worked arms I started with the 30 pounder dumbbells did 5 sets of 10 and grabbed a 35 pounder plate and squatted between each set, then I went down to 25 pounder db and repeated the process, continued to go down to 20 pounder and do the same squatting, then I finished off with the 15 pounders but I squatted a 25 plate instead. Before weight training I ran incline I’m not sure how it’s measured or whatever but I put it all the way up to setting 5 and I ran at the speed of 5.9 and the last minute I sped it up to 10.
Diet: I woke up and ate special K cereal, and then ate 2 birria tacos with Mexican rice, 3 tamales, and to finish it off a soup and some fruits. I also drank 97 oz of water. I know I need to eat more.
Okay that’s it’s for my log. Let me know what I can do better in any aspect and also what I can try to keep track of.
