Best way to recomp with success

I have tried to recomp the natural way and haven’t been able to be successful thus far
I'm desperate to accomplish it but I know it won't be easy
I’m 5’6’’ 180 pounds and 15%. Based on my stats now you see my problem
if I try to bulk up I get too fat and if I try to cut down I'll become 160 some pounds
so I need to kind of do both at the same time
Was thinking of trenbolone but read it has some harsh sides. Keep in mind i’m only 26yrs old
How would you setup a cycle with tren?
Maybe tren 50mgs EOD light dose
Some test and maybe primobolan?

trenbolone 200msg/week no primo and 200mgs test and n2guard

primo is a great option. in fact the primo at domestic supply is #1

Your 26 do sarms way too young for aas
