I had a few questions for you on this. My goals are strength and lean gains
*what should i stack with tren?
*should i expect tren sleep issues aka trensomnia?
*how long should i run tren

the more compounds you use with tren especially androgenic steroids the more sides you will have

300mgs trenbolone/week is a start
stack n2guard and cardarine with it

Tren is very potent compound, Acetate require frequent injection ED/EOD
Tren Enanthate min 400mg EW is good with TEST E or Cyp
I suggest keep Estrogen block on hand Arimidex or Letro etc
You can look into Geneza TMX for longer acting or Andromix for shorter acting, perfect blend under 1ml

I would just run it solo to keep sides down. 200-300mg per week is plenty for a first time using it.
