Hey Guys. I need some detailed advice on training arms.
I’ve been training for 17 years, and have been stuck at 17-17.5 inch arms for several years now.
I’ve been training biceps/triceps twice a week off and on for a year now. And I have seen more development, but nothing like I feel I should especially being on Gear.
It’s very frustrating considering I have a large back and chest. And pretty good shoulders too. But it seems like my arms (mainly my triceps) are being absolutely stubborn.
And yes. I know it has a lot to do with genetics. But we all know what lifters on Gear say about genetics!![Winking face with tongue :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: 😜](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f61c.png)
So, any advice from seasoned lifters who have had the same issues would be greatly appreciated!
Any advice is appreciated, but more advanced advice is better since I’m a seasoned lifter.
Thanks a ton!
