sarms works better at high doses?

Newbie
So I did RAD + LGD at 10mgs each for 10 weeks
didn’t see much. Maybe about 4 pounds max put on
switched this time to RAD 20mgs and LGD 30mgs. Was able to put on about 8 pounds this time
I’m 145 pounds and 6’1’’ and lean. I want to bulk up and I’m 23
Should I keep increasing the doses each time I run a cycle, is this how it works?

30mgs lgd is crazy too high

10mgs lgd4-33 max and rad is fine at 20mgs and dont up the dose man
 
NONE of what you are doing is proper.... the MAX dose of lgd4033 you should run is 10 mg per day and rad140 should have been ran at 20 mg per day.. i think you are not grasping just how much of a gain 4 lbs. of muscle actually is.. you dont just keep dosing higher and higher... thats a recipe for nothing but problems.. i would suggest you do far more research and not run anything else until you develop and understanding and self control... as you set now, you are doing nothing but hurting yourself on top of the fact you do not have realistic expectations nor understandings about any of this...
 
yes you have the right idea
with sarms you need to increase the dosage for them to be effective
 
20 or 25 mg of rad is plenty if you can't gain on that then something's wrong with you
