Placed my order 12 days ago and haven’t heard a thing from them. My order # is 332839 and I placed it at 7:35pm mountain USA time. Please look it up and tell me what the hell is going on with it. I am trying to pay for the order and every time I try to do it on the website I get a timeout error. They’re not returning my emails and nobody on here seems to give a damn.

Any claims of website downtime are false and slanderous. They are pure lies, we tested the website osgear.se on multiple occasions. Also, we reached out to @Vuioper via DM and no answer.

In our view, The original claim by @Vuioper was made FALSELY. It has been resolved now.

I’m going to be honest I placed my first order with osgear actually just this last week. Now I haven’t received anything in my order yet but I do have to admit I had my doubts but after one message to them in a support ticket I have never felt more confident in a source. They responded actually knew my order status and explained what to expect and so far this has all happened in the order they assured me. I think you screwed up. I really appreciate osgear they’ve made this very easy on me. Maybe you just have crap luck but all these other guys have had nothing but good things to say.
