Approved Log My 8 week SARMS Lgd4033 nutrobal mk677 testosterone cypionate cycle LOG

Shoulders yesterday but didn't log it cuz I had my 11yr old son with me but killed it, pretty much exact same workout as last time. I stopped taking mk677 today and going to give it a break for a while just to give the liver more rest before next cycle so now that just leaves my trt dose of test and daily supps. I feel like it's safe to call this cycle done... any objections to that?
Next Cycle will be 4-6 weeks from now roughly after gear arrives and I get bloodwork done. I guess I should start that log a couple weeks prior to starting?
@jj210tx you should start the log before you start the cycle
so we can transition to your cycle
you going to get some actual training updates? try to take a few pics next time

on the trt dose and supps keep those for sure

This is my breakfast Mon-Fri when I'm working. I grab it everyday at the truckstop by my work everyday as I start my run. It contains 1 hefty scoop of eggs mixed with pieces of bacon(guessing 2 eggs), refried beans on the bottom, ground beef mixed with potatoes and peppers and onions(Mexican dish called "picadillo") and cheese on top.

Not the greatest but not terrible either.

UPDATE

I was hella sick from I think Wednesday to Saturday 🤒 started feeling better Sunday. Went to work except for Friday and stayed in bed whenever I wasnt at work. Feeling decent Monday so went to gym...

@jj210tx you need to do meal prep at home
this is not healthy at all
you can meal prep cheap at home buy bulk and meal prep
chicken and rice much better less cheese etc

Just about the worst diet I've seen here
 
So if it's only breakfast is it really that bad? I'm getting in over 10k steps a day, isn't it getting burned off? It's eggs, beef, beans, potatoes and a small amount of cheese, what's bad about it? That is just fresh green hot sauce on top that's why it looks like it's covered in sauce..

I eat much better for lunch and dinner. Sunday I bbq'd a shit ton of food which will last all week and that will be lunch and dinner for the week. Beef fajitas(just the meat no tortillas) , asparagus, ointo beans and air fried a bunch of parmesan crusted Tilapia. That's been lunch and dinner for the past 2 days and will probably last the rest of the week. This weekend it will be chicken and more fish for next week.

the diet isn't as bad as the typical american diet, but it needs improvement
 
the problem is that people in your profession accept being fat and lazy since they sit in a truck all day
