My normal trt dose is 340mg every Tues pm. When I started this cycle I added 125mg Saturday am. Today instead of 340 I did 235ish and will do the same Saturday am so it will split evenly.

Well that ain't me and I'm out of my truck just as much a I'm in it during the day. I'm local and it's got a forklift on the back that I deliver lumber with.
I eat much better for lunch and dinner. Sunday I bbq'd a shit ton of food which will last all week and that will be lunch and dinner for the week. Beef fajitas(just the meat no tortillas) , asparagus, ointo beans and air fried a bunch of parmesan crusted Tilapia. That's been lunch and dinner...
So if it's only breakfast is it really that bad? I'm getting in over 10k steps a day, isn't it getting burned off? It's eggs, beef, beans, potatoes and a small amount of cheese, what's bad about it? That is just fresh green hot sauce on top that's why it looks like it's covered in sauce..
