what do you add to your bath?

this is a weird question but I seriously need to know this and I can't find any answers anywhere. What are the best things to add to your bath after a hard day at the gym?
would like to do something that both relaxes me but also helps repair my precious muscles so I can be back in the gym the next day
 
for sure bath salts work to relax muscles

Few Options if your gym has SAUNA perfect
Gold shower, and then sit in the SAUNA for min 10min
Repeat it 1-2 times, make sure you are drinking fluid.
Or Option 1 is not Optional, once you get home
HOT shower that can help, IBUPROFEN before you go to sleep.
That can help to reduce the muscle stiffness
