Today was a bit hard getting calories in as i took the family shopping the only decent meal they had at the restaurant we went to only had 450cal. I came home and made another meal to atleast get protein in.
Currently only taking multi vitamins, and 2x a day metamucil.
I have never been on steroids nor sarms, but have looked into it for a while
