I took MK677 nutrobal and after a week on it at 50mg a day I noticed I was feeling off so I took my blood sugar using my aunt’s pricker device and my blood sugar was 165. I am kinda worried about this and am lucky I found out this was happening. I had a meal of bread and chicken earlier.

I would stop taking the Nutrobal and start testing your blood sugar to see if you have an underlying issue.
