I'm getting kind of bored at the gym so I wanted to change up my workouts a little bit
what do you think about this new setup?
Sunday bench press and military press
Monday leg day
Tuesday cardio
Wednesday shoulders and back
Thursday off
Friday arms and abs
Saturday cardio
 
you don't need to hammer your shoulders like that. sunday and wednesday you are doing that

you don't want to end up like 50% of serious lifters with rotator issues

you're kind of doing shoulders twice
military press and wed too
stick to 1 time per week shoulders
 
I suggest only 1 shoulder session per week
