Seeking help / advice on Bulk Cycle im planning on doing
Test + EQ + Proviron
Bloods are attached as well.
I did a full panel so if there's any other markers I should post please let me know.

Would love some advice on dosages, currently on 180mg test prop a week. Going to transition esters to cyp / e soon.

Currently on hand:
Test E 200 / EQ 200, Test C, Test Prop on hand all 10ml Vials
Nolva / Aromasin

From the research I've done 400 Test / 400 EQ seems to be a good spot to start.
Proviron I'm still researching if it's worth it and dosages.

You look good in the pic and you clearly dropped a lot of weight while keeping shape :D congrats
so a clean bulk with test e and eq will work well for you
but 1 to 1 with test eq not good imo

can you post your bloods first? i'm concerned about your estrogen

supplements
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

Aiming for 4k calories a day. Mainly consisting of whole foods, gonna go the lean bulk route.
Carbs: mainly consist of sweet + yellow potatoes, sometimes russett if its all I have, milled white calrose rice, enriched long grains white rice, fruits
Fats: Mainly just avocados
Protein: lots of steak, chicken breast / thigh, occasional rotisserie chicken, whole eggs going to try finding some duck eggs,

Macros Per Meal
Pre Workout: I go for 100g carbs, 30g - 60g protein
Intra: don't really have an intra
Post Workout: I go for higher carbs 125 - 150 carbs for replenishment, and usually around 70-80g of protein
Ive been trying to avoid shakes recently, but if I have one I'll throw in 3 cups of A2 Whole Milk, 1 Banana, 2.5 tblsp PBFIT or Jif Creamy ( i know fuck me ), 2 scoops of ON vanilla ice cream whey.
