Default Keto Diet & Training

Im doing a keto diet at the moment. Energy levels are stable, strength still great and consistent. Im keeping the cals high as Im not trying to lose weight.

Just wanted to know something about training while in ketosis.

Ive noticed I dont get pumped while training. Doesnt matter the rep range, the exercise or weight. Still moving the same weight but dont feel any "pump" at all. Is this the norm?

what traps said

from personal experience though, i generally find less pump but as you get leaner the vascularlity can get pretty sick near the end of the diet despite the lower carb intake
