Default Extra day 2 train.Ideas??

Hey people,
I have an extra day to train and was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for an extra gym day? I do the usual splits legs, chest/delts, back/arm but was thinking of doing a extra where i hit what i usually havnt got time for. eg abs, stretching, cardio,neck?? only have an hour to train at lunchtime.
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

You can maybe train your lagging or weaker bodyparts on those extra days. That is what i do.

I agree, i always work on any lagging areas and then add the other areas i dont hit.
