Hey people,
I have an extra day to train and was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for an extra gym day? I do the usual splits legs, chest/delts, back/arm but was thinking of doing a extra where i hit what i usually havnt got time for. eg abs, stretching, cardio,neck?? only have an hour to train at lunchtime. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. |
