Now that what you call jacked! Man I'm getting pumped just watching that shit, and most of you know that's not really a good idea for me right now!
His boy is spent just lifting them onto the bench, that's great! I gotta think though, If I was in the gym helping him every day I would be a shit load bigger then that dude.LIGHT WEIGHT, YAHHHHH BUDDYYYYYYYY! |

I wonder if he would have been able to press those (shoulder or chest) eventually if he would have kept training and not gotten injured..........

Yeah true that. I cant stand people that drop the weights but the gym that he's at in Texas their aloud to do just about anything. Watch Branch Warrens DVD its at the same gym and they pretty much chuck weigths and equipment around the place.
But then when their in gyms in california they abide by the rules... But like I said before he's the king.... They would'nt make weights like that if it was'nt for people like him... |

kinda hard to place 250lb dbells down lightly without risking an injury... olympic lifters actually drop the weight like that to avoid injury. i doubt he'd be dropping them if they were 100's
