I love chest,and arms, the "Arnold days." [BHate[/b] legs and abs. Back falls somewhere in the middle because you can't see the muscles working, somewhat more technical..........

I like to train all my body parts because I feel so small sometimes. The only time I hate training and the whole routines is when I'm dieting.
I love to train legs cause I want to see how much I can squat. I love to train my back because its a weaker muscle group. |

I use to love doing chest...it was my favorite. Over the years it has become shoulder I love to see them get all pumped up from up-R-rows I love that movement.
Legs like Bunny stated are a bitch 1-2 days later..I walk around like I have a broken hip or a bad knee, its kind of funny. Except for when you have to squat down to pick something up and you almost fall over b/c you did squats hard the day before.... ![]() |

I hate legs cause lately I've been getting sick to my stomach to the point to where I can't finish training. I don't mind walking around crippled for the next couple of days... It's just going in to train know good and well that I'll end up getting sick. Training back I guess is ok I just don't get a big thrill out of it and most times feel that I didn't hit'em hard enough...
