I used to do inverted pushups. My dad said him and his brother would see who could do the most and bragged about doing 25 at once, so I started doing them every day in highschool By my senior year I could flip upside down against a wall and knock out 40+ of them touching my head to the ground on every rep without falling over.

I used to be really fast when I cared about being fast. In high school I ran at the state meet in the 100 and 200. Only guy over 190 to do so at 212 on race day. I slowed down some as a gained weight but I still kept my 40 in the 4.6 range all through college.

Now that I think of it I can do clapping pushups and not just 1 or 2 actual sets of like 20 or more..........

Small eneough guy but I can 1RM squat x4 times my bodyweight.
320kgs @80kgs

I only double my bodyweight on the bench and deads 1RM though!
