hi i was just wondering how safe t5s are on an empty stoamch!
i bin gettin up at 6am, having a protien with water and my t5! get the gym for 7am, when it just kicking in, helps me do alot more cardio, as im just begining and im general lazy! lol keeo gettin a little bit of blood im my stool, which i had for a while (was told prob very mild piles) with doing the weights! im just a little worried as it seems to be a bit more than normal, not huge amounts thow, never dripping, just when i wipe, could this be due to the t5s or am jus jus gettin a little paranoid! |
