I personally love it my self, After experiencing the pumps I don't know if I would feel the same working out without it. What product are you taking?

As for you question, I would think it should help, I would think anything that aids blood flow should help, to some extent.

Arginine wont help with lactic acid. WHat you want is Beta Alanine.
Beta alanine will help to lower the PH within the muscle cells therefore combating lactic acid levels. Try it, works pretty good.

I personally think its worth adding to your supplement list when "on" or "off". Although you may feel like your getting less work out of a muscle because of movement restriction, fatigue, etc, believe me that muscle is getting hit hard enough! In my opinion you get this "pre exhaustion"feeling because you giving the muscle so much more then you do with a normal set without the L-rginine. I am using MusclePump & Nitro2 by Pro-Rx and not only are the pumps off the hook but the results speak for them self! So yes, I would say add in the L-Arginine when "on" and when "off" if you like!

Here are some of the benefits of L-Arginine;

The benefits and functions attributed to oral ingestion of L-arginine include:
-Precursor for the synthesis of Nitric Oxide (NO)
-Stimulation of the release of growth hormone.
-Improves immune function
-Reduces healing time of injuries (particularly bone)
-Quickens repair time of damaged tissue
-Reduces risk of heart disease
-Increases muscle mass
-Reduces adipose tissue body fat
-Helps improve insulin sensitivity
-Helps decrease blood pressure
-Alleviates male infertility, improving sperm production and motility
-Increases circulation throughout the body, including the sex organs

Ditto, it is one of my "natural" supps that i always take. I use AAKG by higherpower. Lots of servings for the price. Keeps my "sex organs" rock hard i will tell you that. Great pumps, and increase in vascularity. It does the same thing if not better than the overpriced NO2 BS out there.

m noot a big fan of supps...
with the arg I like the vascularity I get but I hate the fact that I can't perform as well so which is the lesser evil...but my main question is not the benefit of arg but while on cycle when lactic acid build up is not happinin would it be good to hit up some arg to increase the veins?

Alin, I took the MusclePump/Nitro2 stack from Pro-Rx Laboratories and loved it. I'm not really one to take many supplements so I don't know how other similar supplements hold up, but this one I tried after hearing SO many good things and it worked great.

This one is a MAJOR reason to use NO products/precursors year round
