pre- like BW said, some oatmeal, or i like to do a peanut butter and jelly in the off season or some rice cakes and a protein shake with creatine.

pwo- waxy maize, then a protein/creatine shake.

My man BigWill, all about the whole food! Do you take any supplements at all bro?

I never really did much preworkout supplementation, other then dbol and that along with the rest of my cycle gave me all the boast I needed! I did try Met-Rx amped, the pre-made drink one time and that was the last time! That shit had me all kinda crazy, cant really explain it but it was like it gave me a panic attack. I was half way between a set of straight bar curls and BAM! Took like a half hour sitting under a hot shower to start feeling right again, weird shit I know!

Any way there is one product that I would recommend, actually its three products but they make up a "stack". Its also called "the stack" by Pro-Rx Laboratories and you take part preworkout and part postworkout. The results are great, especially the pumps, if that's what your looking for. Make sure the meal isn't too high in fat also as this may slow the absorption/release of nutrients.
