to an extent.
I tend to drink alot of energy drinks, and i notice on occassion i have issues. My caffiene tolerance is high, but there will be times where i will get the shakes and shit. What i noticed is its mainly dependant on my diet and how im eating that day. If my carb intake is lower, or im just not eating enough, and i slam an energy drink, im a fucking shaking/ticking machine until i get something in my stomach. I can drink an energy drink and go to bed right afterwards, they dont affect me like most people. So i understand where you are comming from. The days that you notice them giving you issues, take note of what you ate that day. You probably arent eating enough. Carbs especially. I'm on a low dose of test right now too. I do not think that is what is causing the problem with you. |

when i was young i used to be able to pop 50mg of ephedra pre workout or pre game for football with some caffiene, few hits off the inhaler, then again at half time since i enver steped off the field.
back when i was 20-21 i could take 200mcg of clen without a problem. now that im older im super sensitive to all that crap and aside from caffiene cant touch any of those stims. your body just changesi guess, look at how people develop wheat or gluten and lactose allergies out of nowhere midway through there life. dont think there is aany clear explanation except for maybe if you rely on the stuff for a long time eventually you start experiencing the sides more than the benefits. only thing that really helps me with alertness is script provigil/modafinil since i dont get any physical sides from it. |

I used to be able to drink 4-5 large cups of coffee in the morning, now if I drink more then 2 medium cups I feel like my heart is racing, jittery ect. Sports doc siad its because now my bodyfat level is so low, before I weighed 285-290 at 5'10 now as I get older I stay very lean even in the offseason, about 245lbs. Found the same thing to be true for certain drugs, maybe this is your problem?

Actually its beyond jittery.
Do you know that shitty almost nausiouse type of feeling you get when you drink a hole pot of really strong coffee ? Hart pounding, sick, lethargic, need to sleep it off till it goes away kind of feeling. Like your on the verge of a panic attack. Really freeked me out. And by the way I'm only one week into my cyl . I decided to follow some ones advice here and dubbled up on the first week . Seems to work really well. Feeling it in the very first week, wow! |

That sounds a bit weird to me bro.. yes I have become more sensitive to coffe/energy drinks since I was a kid. Mostly with the having to take a dump after drinking a cup. Never understood that till I was a bit older. If your having more than the norm of sides Id say get off the shit. Might be having some kind of allergic reaction to super caffenated shit they put in energy drinks. If its not... just lowering intake and see how you feel. Ive heard just drinkin OJ with breakfast is as good as a cup of coffee.
