Hey guys i need some input at this,IM currently 224lbs ,bf,14 percent i have a show in 10 weeks my ,diet,cardio,rest,training are all on point hers what i need /yes im on aas for the contest tren,test,prp,eq...ect ... NOW which is the most effective for melting off the body fat,well keeping your muscle... DNP/pcgl/hgh/t3,clen/ please help guy your advice is always helpful......

I hear that DNP is quite difficult to use for pre-contest. As mentioned there is quite a bit of water to sort out, and there is usually a fat rebound effect. It gets less effective and burns more muscle the lower your BF is so it's best used to get BF down to single digits finishing 3 weeks before comp and then getting the last 3-4 percent off with something else or the old fashioned way.
If you're a bit of a nutter then you could use DNP to bring your BF lower then switch to clen and go low carb for the last 2-3 weeks, using PGCL in the final week to shift the water and carbing up 2 days before... just my thoughts... |

If you fancy t3, get some advice from some of the experts around here, otherwise i'd leave it alone and do clen as it's easier to use. PGCL has some fat burning effect but mostly it drops water and empties your guts so it's good to use in the final week... better take some expert advice on this one too. What AAS are you using? A combo of tren, mestanolone or winny, masteron with a bit of prop (and halo if you're a mentalist)really helps rip the fat and water off but you won't have much of a sense of humour, it's intense and you'll be dripping with sweat. So you have about 10 weeks.....can you tell us exactly what you are using and the doses? As you put etc. when you listed the items you were using.
My first thoughts are that you have plenty of time to get the fat and water off as long as you are relatively around 14% at the moment. I assume you now how to diet for the show but your question is what items to use. I like the thought of adding the masteron it great for cutting up as it helps by keeping some of the estrogen down and it really gets muscles tight and pumped, along with adding a little aggression unlike winny. I think that the 2 wk ON/2wk OFF ECA/Clen (with taurine added for cramps) would be great to start right now. From reading allot about this PGCL I think it would be good for you to use right up to the contest like 1-2 weeks before. Again as stated above it really gets rid of water and gets "stuff" out of you so you do not look bloated. I would be carefull thought I have read that PCGL can be harsh jsut take it slow but I guess you have use DNP so you understand the harshness. Post some picks now and later it would be cool to see how you change in the next 10 weeks! |

Yes i will post some pics ,for me bodybuilding isn,t work it,s my Hobbie i just love challenging myself and i always have some thing to strive for..im going to do clen and t3 at the same time iv went as high as 160mcg/mg/ with clen and just a little shackes not to bad,now t-3 is new to me i want to run a high dose with my clen,,, .. IV talked to some pretty old school and new school guys and they see know reson for ,T4 stick to the basices ,but why know no T4?????

OK im starting a cycle of t3 +clen to help shedd the bodyfat in to single digets!!!! im on tren,ace 100mg,eod+test,prp200,mg, eod this is for my contest guys and girls,, Now i need all the info i can get on cycling ,t3+clen at the same time....i need to be aggresive only 10 weeks to go im at 14/bf right now 229 lbs-5-9 i need to no how much to take?????? iv done clen on it,s own for 4 weeks 160mcg a day not bad no shackes!! t3 new to me i eat 400 grams of protein a day so i dont lose any muscle ..... COOL....

i do 20 40 60 up to... a way too high of a dose to recommend then off for 2 weeks and repeat... my tolerance to this shit is really sickening... i literally get to 400mcg a day and stop cause i feel like im wasting money now.. i will prolly take a month or 2 totally off to clear my obviously fried receptors.. as for the t3.. i do 25-50mcg a day but i wouldnt go more then 100mcg it can be catabolic

How so , you think if im eating 6 meals a day ,training all out and keep my protein at 400 grams a day plus 50 grams of l-glutimine + 1000 mg test a week ,with the t3 it really spikes your metabolic rate???? Sadie i need to drop 20 pounds in 8-10 weeks im looking to bring out my vains like crazy , now as far as gear goes this is my plan let me know if changes should be made please... eq/600mg,a,week/test,eth 1000 ,a week/tren,ace,ed,100mg total tren ,a ,week 700,mgs....adding fat ,burners,Clen i too talorate it very well at high dosages like 160 and im not even amt up but sweat alot and feel hot, .. So ill go 2 weeks is that right? 2 weks off, Clen max dose after 3 days 120-160mcg -now the new one i have not tryed this yet so can use all the help out there. start at 50,mcgs -then 100mcgs is there a time limit you can use t3, ?????? iv got 50 mg caps of clen and t3 so thats the plan man i want to get in to single digets asap current weight 231,lbs 5-9 bf about 12-15 percent i pretty tight can pinch an inch only on my lower abs.... your next canadian champion????
