i know this has benn asked a million times but whats once one more time what is better to split up your dose or take all at once 2hr b4 the gym. i have been told to split it so you keep the levels even throughout the day cause of its half life n i also been told to take all at once?? thanks

The fact is that splitting will give you a steadier release of the drug and all at once will give you a higher peak percentage of the drug in your system.
I have played with the dosages of d-bol and got the best results from all at once approximately 1.5 hours with a meal before training. |

Are you using dbol to jump start your "real" cycle? Because certainly you're not using it by itself. Can you tell us what else you'll be using (and how much)? And how much dbol are you running? Those questions aside I've run it both ways in the past. All at once with a meal 1 hour before a work out. And I've tried splitting it up. Personally, I felt like I got my best results when doing them all at once. That said I got good gains when splitting the dose as well.

to answer starks ? i am near the end of my cycle for 10 weeks i have been doing 400mgs deca a week and 50mgs eod winny for the past 6 weeks, i just got 200 pinkies anabol in a return favor. i didnt have a chance to get my hands on any test at the beginning of my cycle, so i just ran the deca and winny and got great gains. went from 190lbs, to 201lbs at 11-12%bf,and the deca dick no problems at all.have pct ready to go but want to take these anabols cause i still have 2 weeks of deca left to do.

im curious as well im gonna be doin 40mg a day for 6weeks and deca 350 week for 8 weeks and I workout at 6pm mon and 6am all other days.....

It depends on the dosages.
If for example your doing 40mg a day of dbols, do 20mg in the morn, and another 20mg around lunchtime. I didnt feel that dbols was doing anything for me in the gym before workouts. Just be consistent on how often you take them. |

I always like to jump start my cycles with dbol.
I am on week 4, and I am taking 30 mg when i wake up, 30 mg before i work out, and 30 mg after dinner. I am going to end it all after next week. I have gained about 15 lbs so far. 1100 mgs of sustanon week and 160 mgs a week of parabolan. After 6-8 weeks I am going to start on winnie at 50mg EOD and switch the sustanon for prop for the last 3-4 weeks. Hopefully I can handle the pain from the prop. I will probally be taking 100mg EOD of Prop, then I will run my PCT and stay off for around 6-8 weeks, or maybe bridge with 200mg of Test E. EOW. |

you got it, 1000 mgs of test a week is nowhere near an overdose.
I get 1100 mgs a week by taking 4 shots of andropen 275 x 4 a week = 1100 !!! In Fact if you do any research most people that have done seceral cycles always take at least 1000 mgs of test a week. Also of pros take that much per day! I am not taking that much because I want to, it iss becuase IO have to if I want to grow. I am am big guy , I weigh about 280 lbs, so I need more juice than lets say someone about 175 lbs ! |

dbol only cycles r very good th only ppl iv ever met that bash them have never done them so have no place criticising them.
bk to topic iv always dun it all preworkout now tryin 75mg/day out of curiosity and am doin 50mg preworkout in th morn and 25mg before work at night. only a week in and running it with just prop at 600mg/wk for th 1st time but seems ok so far |

you may have some trouble sleeping at night.
Try to take most of it before dinner. 'Never take it right before bed or you will be up all night. I learned about frontloading cycles with about 100mg of dbol daily and it has made huhe differences in my overall results. Back in the day when I first started 20-30 mgs of good rusian dbol was all you need and you grew like a weed and kept alot of the muscle at the end. No pct either! |

I apologize I didn't read anyones reply but I just take the whole dose after my workout and then stuff my face for the next few hours. I never use much more than 30mg.
